If Gabriela Vascimini could have majored in time travel, she totally would have. Unfortunately, Columbia University doesn’t offer a degree in catapulting through the centuries just yet, so she settled for the next best thing: A major in Creative Writing with a concentration in Art History. 

 

For as long as she can remember, Gabriela has always been captivated by the intersection between storytelling and cultural history. She is passionate about uncovering the narratives behind pieces of art, and approaching these timeless stories with new perspectives and bold character voices.  She always strives to highlight just how exciting historically-inspired media can be, and hopes to inspire other young women and girls to step back in time too.
